About Willow

I have experience working with all ages and I love hands on learning, arts and crafts, and playing outside. I babysat throughout high school and in college I worked at several after school programs and I led a summer reading program at my local bookstore. Upon graduation while I was completing a year long artist residency, I was a regular nanny for several families. I recently moved to New Orleans to receive a post baccalaureate in ceramics from Tulane University and I am also working at Louise S. McGehee school Little Gate after school program with the 3-year-old age group. During my time there I have completed several Louisiana Department of Education trainings and I am in the process of getting my CPR certification. I have lots of lesson plans and activities to get kids outside, creative, and having fun! I am also comfortable taking care of animals, cooking, and cleaning.
