About Will

• Being a kid in 2026--or a parent--isn't easy. My goal is to make life a little lighter and brighter for your family, and I'm honored to do so. • I bring years of teaching experience (0-18), teacher of teachers/school leader, and theatre director-- to create safe, joyful, supportive environments where young people feel seen, heard, and cared for (parents, too). • I believe every child deserves empathy, respect, clear kind communication, encouragement, and the freedom to be fully themselves--including silliness and play that builds confidence and self-love. I'm endlessly creative and adapt to each child's unique personality, needs, and strengths. • My approach is rooted in authentic connection. Children thrive when they feel emotionally safe, understood, and valued, and when given space to build confidence through their own voice and choices. I focus on warm, trusting relationships where kids feel seen, supported, and celebrated as they grow and explore who they are.
