About Willie

From a young age, I've felt a deep connection to nurturing and guiding children. My journey began with caring for my 92-year-old grandmother and other elderly family members, and this experience sparked a passion for providing care. For three years, I've dedicated myself to creating a supportive and enriching environment for children. My coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development provides me with a solid foundation. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, educational games, and even some technology-based games. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, including verbal updates at pickup and regular texts or phone calls. I am also happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
