During the 8 months I felt he did a good job of taking care of my parents. Perhaps only twice I thought he should have put a coat on my parents due to the weather, but it was not a big deal. One time he also took my mothers coat to the dry cleaner which I though was a nice gesture. He regularly got along well with my two children. That aside, we told William we were no longer comfortable continuing with him because I started to notice he was not working the agreed upon hours, though he was billing our family for them each month. For example, in July - I realized that out of a 4-hour case, he worked an average of 2.38 hours per shift, barely half of what he and I agreed on and what he was being paid. In short, he said he worked 16 hours that month when the reality was 9.54 hours. To my knowledge he took good care of my parents during the time he was there, but if he will not be honest with his hours worked, I cannot ultimately in good conscious trust him to care for my elderly parents.
