I have a strong passion for helping others and naturally put their needs before my own. I have three years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide and extensive hands-on caregiving experience. I cared for a veteran with Parkinson's disease for four years and an individual with ALS for one year. I also have significant experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's disease. These experiences have taught me patience, compassion, and understanding. I am reliable, caring, and comfortable handling changing routines and unexpected situations. I focus on creating a safe and comfortable environment where each person feels respected and valued. I am also a hands-on person with handyman skills and can help with basic home maintenance, light repairs, organizing, yard work, and indoor or outdoor projects.
