About William

I currently tutor multiple students ranging from elementary school to high school, and am hired by a tutoring company based in Atlanta. My specialties are teaching English, math, and test prep. However, I teach various other subjects including social studies, science, SSAT, and SAT. In addition, I have two years of professional experience as a certified NYC teacher through the NYC department of education. I taught 6th grade English for one year and pre-k for one year. As for my educational background, I majored in English and minored in Creative Writing at New York University, and went to Northfield Mount Hermon, a private hs boarding school. I scored a 2230 in the SAT and 750 in SAT II Math, and I use my past experiences to help others successfully prepare for standardized tests and implement helpful test taking skills.
