I have had experiences being a babysitter and being a mentor during high school. I have babysat students/teenagers in middle school and have mentored for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America, which is a nonprofit program that connects mentors and mentees usually in underprivileged areas. I was also a mentor for my high school's mentor program that connected mentors with faculty children (as I went -a high school boarding school). I also mentored at MILAL, a church program that connected volunteers to help educate, monitor, and mentor teenagers as well as adults with down syndrome. I also have over 3 years of experience being a NYC public school teacher and professional tutor. My main talents are helping with homework and cooking. I am actually a great chef!
