William has been working with my 102 year old father for 6 months now. In addition to being punctual and dependable, he fills in other's schedules from time to time, when needed, is experienced in many perspectives, thoughtful, conscientious, observant, communicative and thorough. He is able to make decisions when necessary. My father likes him. I would recommend him for many situations regarding elder care.
