Hello! My name is Willo (they/them), and I am a substitute teacher who is looking for tutoring jobs for over the summer and after school hours. My educational background is in the arts and social sciences, and I am passionate about helping students bridge the gaps between their personal interests and their academic requirements. Just because an assignment is for school doesn't mean students can't talk about their passions! Does your student need help with their writing or reading skills? I am the tutor for you! I also worked in admissions for three years at a competitive private liberal arts college. I know what these schools are looking for from their applicants, and have guided prospective students through the college application/decision process. I am happy to provide support for your student as they go through this stressful time! I also speak spanish and have a background in music (mainly vocal and piano) if your student is looking for support in these areas.
