I have experience with Helping patients with activities of daily life (ADL): bathing, dressing, feeding, walking, exercising, grooming and ROM exercises Aided in scheduling patient daily activities Provided patients/residents with care and companionship I have Assisted 13 or more disabled, elderly and hospice patients daily Documented all care Handled minor wound care Made beds Performed post-mortem care, if needed Worked with patients that have Alzheimer's and dementia Aided in lifting residents when necessary Recorded resident care Performed post-mortem care, if needed .
