About Whitney

Hello, my name is Whitney! I grew up in Atlanta, Georgia with my 3 sisters and parents. Three years ago, I moved to California to pursue flight training at Long Beach Airport. I have been a flight instructor for the past two years and am taking a break from flying to prepare for airline interviews in a few months. I have a diverse background in childcare, including experience as a lifeguard (with CPR and first aid training), a 5th-grade science teacher in Spain, and coaching soccer and swim teams. I have been babysitting since the age of 12 and was a nanny throughout college. I am comfortable caring for children of all ages and have had the joy of frequently babysitting my sister's 3-month-old newborn.
