West took care of our baby one day a week for several weeks before our familys move out of state. Our LO was 6-8 months old when she cared for her. We had such a positive experience with West. She is very good communicator, very good at following our preferences, a natural in caring for babies, and a joy to have in our home. My husband and I worked from home at the time and our baby was always happily playing, eating, napping. I was able to focus on work and all sorts of other personal demands knowing she was in great hands. Happy to be a reference for West if you want to know more.
