About Wendy

I was a Nanny while going to College 25 years ago. Graduated with a teaching degree and taught 1st grade for 12 years. Then stayed home with my baby at the time and while at home, worked on my Masters Degree in Education with an Emphasis as a Reading coach and special education experience. Graduated with Masters Degree. Then went back and did Long Term Substitute teaching assignments, from Pre-K up to 8th grade. I could pick my schedule and everyday was different. I did a lot of long term jobs for moms when they were on maternity leave, or for surgeries or medical leave. CoVid sent my 2 boys home, along with me. We did school from home for more than a year!! Since the pandemic , I have chosen to not go back into the classroom. I was a nanny for a Newborn, when mom went back to work, and their other son who was 3 at the time. My passion is children and helping them in whatever capacity they may need. My own children are 10 and 18, and they are my world!!
