It is truly a pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Wendy. Wendy cared for my children, and during the time she was with our family, she proved herself to be an exceptionally caring, trustworthy, responsible, dependable, and compassionate person. Entrusting someone with the care of your children is one of the most important decisions a parent can make, and I can say with complete confidence that having Wendy care for my children gave me tremendous peace of mind. From the very beginning, Wendy demonstrated a natural warmth and genuine affection for children. She quickly established a wonderful relationship with my children and created an environment in which they felt comfortable, safe, happy, and cared for. Her kindness is not something that ever felt forced or simply part of her responsibilities; it is a natural part of who she is and was evident in the way she communicated with my children, listened to them, responded to their needs, and treated them with patience and respect. One of the qualities I appreciated most about Wendy was that she did much more than simply supervise my children. She was genuinely engaged and present with them. She took the time to interact with them, listen to them, play with them, encourage them, and make sure they felt valued and supported. She understood that excellent childcare involves much more than keeping children safe.
