About Wendy

I have always loved children and started my first "Babysitters Club" around the neighborhood at age 12! My dream to become a teacher slowly began to evolve from a very young age. I was fortunate enough to have a public school principal as a mother who brought me with her to work often. I loved helping around the building and reading to young children. This passion and excitement continued through middle and high school and straight through University of Maryland College Park, where I earned my degree in Elementary Education. I Completed my Masters degree in Counselor Education and currently work as a School Counselor with BCPS. I am hoping to find a loving and caring family to grow with, that I could provide childcare for. At this time I am available weekend evenings. However have flexible hours throughout the week this summer. I charge $25/hr and have a three hour minimum. I hope to hear from you soon:-)
