About Wendy

I have a wide range of experience in childcare from newborns to pre-teens. In high school I was a nanny for four years and would provide pick-up and drop-off services, meal-prep, light house cleaning, assistance with homework, and would sometimes have to stay overnight and drop children off at school the next morning. Additionally, I volunteered at my church nursery for multiple years, as well as working at a daycare. In the past I have been CPR certified, although it has expired since then and I need to renew my certification. My work experience also includes work in the food industry, as I used to work as a caterer for firefighters, as well as a number of other food-service jobs. I also have office experience as a Quality Admin assistant, working for campaigns, and as a student fundraiser for university scholarships. When I am not working I enjoy being in the outdoors, hiking, swimming, as well as indoor activities such as reading, writing, drawing, and painting to name a few!
