We hired Wendy as a part-time nanny to work with our three children (ages 0, 8, and 11). Wendy is extremely responsible and creative and would arrange for our older children to have enriching activities while she cared for our newborn daughter. She would also take our older children to scheduled activities around town and do light housework for us. She was incredibly pivotal in our transition from a four to five person household and I can't recommend her enough to other families in need of a nanny!
