I know what families go through when deciding a caregiver for a loved one. It is why without hesitation I recommend Wende! My brothers and I needed full-time care for our 94 year old Dad. We interviewed many caregivers and by far Wende was the best. In no time all our concerns were put to rest. Wende has a beautiful personality. She greets you with a warm smile, contagious laugh, and an enthusiastic spirit every day. As much as we liked her, it was our dad that not only enjoyed her company, but he also felt safe and in good hands. He could be very difficult, so we were very impressed with how quickly she built a trusted relationship with him. Wende's dedication is beyond praise. She lived in our dad's home and cared for him 24/7 for two years. Each day he was cleaned, dressed, fed, and entertained. Wende kept him engaged with all the things our dad loved throughout his life. Wende is a professional, experienced in geriatric care. She handled all his doctor appointments, medicines, and physical treatments with the skill set of a nurse. She also stayed with him when he was in the hospital. Wende knows and understands the signs of aging. She knew what our dad was going through, how to deal with it, and in turn guided us. Our dad had a large family; children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren. There was someone visiting every day and always we saw Wende giving him the very best care. Our Dad peacefully passed away and although Wende has also moved on we are so grateful for the wonderful care she gave our dad during his last years. Yes, I highly recommend Wende.
