Wendy interviewed with us to take care of our one-year-old son. We met with her for a standard interview and also had her come to our house later to spend time with the baby. Wendy is fabulous with small children. Our son has some feeding issues and she was able to get him to eat well and make it fun for him. She knows how to relate to infants and is also very perceptive and can determine their needs well. The reason we did not use Wendy was that our scheduling needs changed and we were not able to work out exclusive morning times with her, when she is available. Wendy is a great choice; we were very upset that we had to give her up!
