Hello, My name is Wei, I graduated from University of Oregon, I also used to work with local Elementary Schools as a sub for all the schools in Lane County. I am well aware about common core and its standards. My roles include assist the classroom teacher during classes, correct the kid's assignments, write things on the dry erase board, teaching small groups, and even teach with the teacher, helping with special education students, and lunch/recess supervision. I also tutor kids who are showing confusions or struggles over subjects. I am very patient and I always create a smile on the kid's faces.
