About Waverly

Born and raised in Brooklyn I've always loved working with children as it's fulfilling and fun! I have raised my brother and sister who are 20 and 10 years old respectively. Please note my sister was a preemie. I worked as a swim camp counselor at the YMCA. As well as lived with 2 children under the age of 6 years old during the pandemic. I left my job working in PM looking for freelance work with the possibility of more steady scheduling. I'd describe my personality as warm, attentive, creative, sensitive with a healthy communication style. I like working with kids because there is a freedom being around children. I love to look at the world through their perspective. In my spare time, I like to learn more about filmmaking and spend time with friends. One thing you should know about me is I am very patient with children. My nanny style is less discipline and more flexibility. My skills include swimming, reading, and athletic activity.
