About Wasila

I have a couple months of professional recent experience. And about 3 years of informal experience. I speak Spanish and English. I am 21 years old turning 22 this year. I can be flexible. Im taking care of two little ones right now that I have to part ways with, one is 5 years old and the other 18 months old. I am curious and a good listener. Always willing to learn and open to what the kids need. My approach is usually a bit more the kid oriented, I believe myself to be pretty open minded and respectful but also have morals and values that I really appreciate in my life. I respect the parents approach when it comes to the children and I take it. I respect the little ones and their needs and try to work with that while at the same time doing what's best for them not always what they want if that isn't what's best for them. I also try to keep very clear communication with the parents to also get to know what to do in specific situations if I happen to find myself not knowing.
