I'm a easy going, friendly and hard work person I like working with kids because I always learn new things with them, especially how to become a better person and be a good influence on them. I'm not their parents but I've sensed how important my actions can change their life. I started working with kids when I was 15 yo, I started working as a real and responsible job, passing all day working taking care of everything that was about the kids. Laundry, lunch for school, helping with shower time, homework. One thing you should know about me is I'm very open to being flexible and making things work fair and well for both sides. As soon as I start working, I see my job as a good team where we can always work together to have the best result.

Wanessa was great! ours was a unique situation where she had to watch my son at my job. It was a temporary assignment, only last about 3 weeks. The 1st week went well, but by the 2nd week, my son started to have an aversion towards the room they were in. We eventually had to pivot where she would watch him at my mom's house, which was about 40 minutes out of the way. She was very flexible and agreeable, wanting to do what was best for the baby. We will definitely use Wanessa in the future. She was very caring and patient with my son and did all she could to learn what made him happy in the short time she had with him.
