We hired Vivien when we needed someone to do a giant job: come into our home during this past year during online school for our two kids (3rd grade and K) during the stress and unknowns of Covid. She was warm, thoughtful, reliable, flexible and fun. Her teaching background was an amazing asset not just with school work, but with how she approached their emotional and developmental needs. She is also a lovely person to have in our home -- I worked from my home office and it was always nice to have her around. She also was full of energy and took the kids out to play -- she is very trustworthy and made great choices when they were out and I felt really comfortable with her caring for our kids in and out of the house. We love her!
