Vivi was everything we hoped for in a nanny. We hired her full-time (40 hours a week) to care for our 12-week-old, and she was outstanding from the first day. She was reliable, attentive, and genuinely warm with our infant, and she gave us complete peace of mind every time we walked out the door. Over about four months she earned our full trust, kept to our routine, and our baby was always happy in her care.
