Virginia was fantastic! We had Virginia over three times this past week — solo coverage on a Sunday, bath/bedtime on Tuesday, and nap monitoring on Thursday — and she exceeded expectations every time. She kept our kids (5 and 2.5) fully engaged, handled bedtime smoothly, and used any downtime to help with housework unprompted (cleaning, mopping, laundry). She communicated well throughout, texting updates on days we were both out and giving advance notice whenever she was running behind from another job. What stood out most was how she connected with our kids and handled the small moments — she patiently taught our daughter to gargle, and calmly reined her in when she tried to run off, with zero meltdowns all week. She was always punctual, proactively checked if we needed anything else, and built genuine rapport with our kids, who now ask when she's coming back. Highly recommend!
