About Virginia

I'm a career nanny with over 16 years of experience as a nanny/house manager. I help with travel, infant sleep training/night help, house work, meal prep and more. I have some Montessori Training that mostly focused on birth-3 years of age but also touched 3-6 years as well. I've taken Love and Logic parenting classes and read several early childhood books. Most of my career has been with twins and triplets starting at birth/preemie! I have experience with babies with feeding difficulties. I keep a schedule. I'm familiar with age appropriate milestones and know activities to help meet them. I have worked with children that have need physical therapy and have tricks to help with meeting milestones when not meet. I am loving and calm and approach discipline in a unique way. The children that am with from birth rarely need time outs or have tantrums. Why? Because I give them time and they are heard. Would love to chat more!
