Taking care of littles is really my passion. As I age, I want fewer hours bu definitely want to keep my hat in the ring. I have a masters in Early Child Development from Bank Street College in NYC. I've worked in day cares, nursery schools and in therapeutic settings, I've been a nanny for 16 years, primarily with the birth to three set. I have lots of excellent references. I'm interested in short term positions. although I didn't see how to put that in my profile. I am extremely patient and have a big sense of humor. I'm told I am a calm presence. Virginia cared for my toddler for three weeks (planned, I only needed a brief bridge to daycare). She had a great presence that is calming and allowed space for my daughter to play, learn and grow. I would certainly hire her again.
