About Virgina

I have been working with seniors since 2005. When I worked as a CNA, it quickly became obvious to me that this work helping this demographic. that was what I wanted to do as a career. it is gratifying for so many reasons, but most of all, I find that I can make an impact working with the older generations. I wanted to broaden the scope of my involvement, so I became a Memory care Director at a local assisted-living community. I managed to find the balance between administrative duties and still providing hands-on care when assisting CNAs with the residents. now I am seeking a position in the same field as a new graduate nurse. I believe my experiences as a CNA Director, having an understanding of the many challenges that can come with age, make me a qualified candidate for working with seniors.
