My name is Viola and I am a NYC based math and physics tutor. I graduated from Barnard College last year with a minor in Mathematics and I am looking for work as a tutor for students in middle and high school level math and physics. I am open to in-person or online tutoring. Math and science have long been daunting subjects for students both young and old. They have a reputation which scares people off; a reputation which is, unfortunately, often promoted by the very institutions where people go to learn. I have no doubt that with time, anyone can learn to do math and science. They are ultimately very beautiful subjects that open new perspectives on the world, and that everyone should be able to enjoy. they/them
