We hired her in December to help us go through the most critical period the arrival of a newborn anytime in January. She proved to be unreliable and selfish. At the beginning of February after I spend all the time to train her and get our toddlers to embrace her, she left us saying she got a better opportunity. If she knew she would not commit she should have never accepted the job. It caused me very much stress to have to look for a new nanny after birth with a 3 day old newborn.
