Victory is such a gem… we have three rambunctious young children (two boys and one girl, one with extremism behavior issues) and with Victory’s calm demeanor and strong knowledgeable background in psychology and child behavior, the children responded well to her immediately. Victory has been a member in our household from day one earning our trust. We will always be at ease whenever she watches the children due to her attentiveness to their individual personalities. She cares for them, cleans and makes food/snacks for the children. She always gives us her availability which allows us to schedule date nights, outing with friends or just catch up on tasks. She was also willing/able to accompany us on field trips in the community to lend another watchful and helping hand. Having an extra pair of eyes reduces the anxiety Dad and Mom have had to garner while in large and chaotic settings. We would recommend Victory and have her help us anytime she’s available.
