About Victoria

Hi, my legal name is Victoria, but I go by Kari and use they/them/theirs pronouns! I'm an experienced sitter, tutor, dog walker, housekeeper, and informal cook. I have 2 years of paid experience, and 6 years of informal experience looking after my younger brothers, so I've been taking care of kids my whole life! When working with kids, my style is patient but firm. I prefer to stay organized with a schedule, and allow for activities to follow a familiar rhythm throughout the day. I'll always prioritize structure when it comes to kids, but I also want them to feel seen & heard whenever they're around me. I'm a great listener (and secretly an amazing math teacher), and I hope to get to know you and your family better!
