Hi! I'm Ms. Victoria, and I was a preschool teacher for 3 years! I started as a floater, caring for children from ages 0-6. Then was promoted to a Co-Teacher for the Jr. Preschool Class. Next I became the Arts & Theatre Teacher to a shifting classroom of ages 3-5, with my primary class being age 3. I have had Florida's ongoing mandatory DCF training in Early Childhood Development. I was required to teach in a fusion style that blends Montessori, Waldorf, and Reggio Emilia. I've worked one on one with children that have Autism, ADHD, and Sensory Processing Disorders. I was taught to problem solve using redirection and communication. Previously I worked with children ages 10-18 as a Juvenile Detention Officer. I believe in a holistic approach that encourages listening, understanding, and self-regulation. Thank you so much for considering me!

We visited Sarasota for one month and hired Victoria to help with our family of four children under the age of six (one newborn). She exceeded our wildest expectations. Energetic and always positive, the children immediately took to Victoria, and she could communicate with each of them and meet them at their level. Victoria played with them, did crafts/art projects, read books, swam, on and on. While not with the children, she helped with cleaning, housework, laundry, etc. She was always doing something to help us out and add value. Most importantly, Victoria immediately earned our trust. She is a genuine and wonderful person with a pure heart who you just know has everyone’s best interests in mind. Our children already miss her, and she made a lasting impact on them and our family. We cannot say enough good things about Victoria.
