As a dedicated childcare provider with three years of experience, I have a passion for nurturing children's growth and well-being. My journey into caregiving began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my ability to make a positive impact on children's lives. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my creativity and friendly approach, allows me to connect with children and create a nurturing environment. I believe in fostering open communication with parents and keep them updated about their child's day through written daily reports and verbal communication at pickup. My experience in Early Child Development coursework, along with First Aid and CPR training, equips me to handle any situation with confidence and care. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and find joy in playing a variety of games with children, from educational games that promote learning to technology-based games and apps.

Victoria is great! She is incredibly experienced, having previously worked at a daycare and she is CPR certified, which gives us great peace of mind. She knows exactly what to do with the kids, from keeping them on a clean diaper schedule to making sure they’re well-fed and happy. Most importantly, our children absolutely adore her! Her bilingual skills are a huge plus for our family, as she is fluent in both Spanish and English. While my husband doesn’t speak Spanish, it’s important to me that our kids learn proper Spanish, and she is wonderful at incorporating that into their daily routine. She has high energy, keeps the kids engaged with fun arts and crafts activities. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Vicky. She is simply fantastic!
