Victoria is amazing! She is experienced with multiple ages (our kiddos are 12, 6 and 15 months). She has the patience of a saint and provides a fun, engaging environment that also has appropriate safety and rules. It is clear she cares deeply for the kiddos she takes care of, and models positive behavior for them. We have 3 distinct personalities in our family and she is able to work seamlessly with all of them! She has set such a high standard for caregivers
