About Victoria

Hello! My name is Victoria. Originally from Dallas, Texas, I've been living in Los Angeles for about a year. While I work full time as a Project Manager for a commercial solar company, childcare has always been a meaningful part of my life. I've been babysitting since middle school and was a nanny for three years in high school, caring for a 3-month-old and 7-year-old twins. This experience taught me the Parenting with Love and Logic method, emphasizing empathy, independence, and problem solving. In college, I worked at a daycare with children aged 0to18 months, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and sharpening my multitasking and communication skills. I'm also a proud aunt to five nieces and nephews, which has deepened my love for nurturing young minds.
