Hello! I am a retired RN. My pay scale now is sliding scale $25-35/hr. I started caregiving with my dad in 2013 who had dementia in his final years. I have found it to be a new calling and a lovely way to honor our seniors. I have also worked with many special needs clients as a nurse and a caregiver.
