About Vianna

Hi! A few words to describe me: energetic, fun, loving, compassionate, and caring. I am a 26-year-old aspiring elementary school teacher who recently graduated from Humboldt State University with a Child Development degree. I am a strong believer of both the community-based and play-based teaching philosophies. I was a nanny for a year, I have worked in San Jose with the South Valley YMCA for the past 9 years; on and off when in college. While at HSU I took an assortment of CD and ECE classes. As an undergraduate I was also able to work for one semester at Arcata Elementary as a student teacher. I have worked at Simonds Elementary School as a after-school teacher. Currently I am working at Action Day Elementary as a JrK teacher.
