About Vianca

I am a current nursing student and Supervisor for a mental health agency relocating from Ohio to Atlantal. I am currently building my business All About You Healthcare Agency. I have 27 years of experience in patient care. Some of my duties included assistancing with hygiene, meal prep, laundry, med supervision, documenting changes in the residents status to the appropriate team. I started my journey as a care giver in 1997 as a residential aide caring for adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. I have 3 years experience working with Leukemia, Bone Marrow Transplant, and hospice patients as a patient care nursing assistance, with duties completing vital signs, ambulating, toileting documentation of changes with my patients to the appropriate medical provider. I believe I am a natural born care giver, I enjoy helping and engaging with others.
