Hi, my name is Veronica. I'm bilingual, and have years of experience with children ranging from ages 4months to 12yrs. Originally from Chicago, IL I have relocated to Kansas City 6year ago. My history with childcare starts as a Sunday school teacher for 5 years, teaching students from ages 7 to 14. My nanny/babysitting experience is another 5 years mainly with infants starting at 4 months ranging up to 5yrs old. As a caretaker I love going on outings to the zoo, library, indoor/outdoor playgrounds, puppet shows, etc. I believe in kids being kids for as long as they can. I am also a firm believer in using words to express our emotions, teaching bodily safety and autonomy, holding firm on personal boundaries, treating others with compassion and respect, and taking accountability for our own actions. If I had to choose favorite part about being a nanny it would be the relationships with the families I work for and seeing what amazing people the little ones under my care grow up to be.

Veronica is great with children and so easy to work with. She's flexible and that was something that was big for my family. She worked with our schedules and she would nanny-share with my sister and her kids as well. Veronica loved mine and my sisters children, she was really good with them and they loved her as well. The reason why she stopped being our nanny was because she moved out of state. I would definitely recommend Veronica! A bonus was that Veronica loves dogs and she was very patient with our huge dog that we have - you can't find that in every nanny!
