We hired Veronica (Ronnie) for a family member who was very sick with cancer. He was reluctant to have someone come to his house and he wasn’t sure what he would ask her to do, but we knew he needed help. As soon as he met Ronnie I could tell he felt more at ease. She is soft spoken, kind and has an easy going nature. She tidied up his house, prepared meals and ran errands for him. After the first visit, he called me to say how happy he was and that it was ‘definitely working out’. He commented several times on how she was efficient and reliable and we know she also provided companionship. We’re so relieved to have met her – Ronnie made a difficult situation much better.
