About Verda

Feel free to reach out with any questions! My hours are flexible, I am open to a part time, 16-18+hr a week, can do occassional date night and overnight stays. I am a recent empty-nester, a college mom who is missing her children while they are away. I have a passion for children; I enjoy seeing their individual talents, watching them learn and explore, helping them to discover the wonders of the world around them. I am a mandated reporter, VIRTUS trained and two background reports with one being Care's most thorough and a clear driving record. I have experience from infant to Highschool, multi-aged groups, nurseries, field trips, classrooms, playgrounds, travel and overnight care. Infant focus: Charlotte Mason, Waldorf, Montessori, Magda-Gerber, Pickler stimualtion/sensory methods Nurturing children, maintaining daily routines, scheduling, having fun and ensuring total child safety.
