I was her boss when we both worked together in a Credit and Collection Department. Since then we have both left the company but remained fast friends. Vilma is a very caring compassionate person. She is also very organized and determined. She was dependable and did her work well with determination and accuracy. It takes a tactful person to be successful in collecting from customers but still not making them mad so they continue to buy from you once they have paid. Vilma had that knack. She was able to keep the account happy and still collect at the same time. I also know that she adopted a beautiful baby girl with challenges. She cared for her, loved her, and took great care of her when many would have turned their backs. I would highly recommend her for this job. Sandie
