About Veda

Hello, I'm Veda! I'm passionate about creating a nurturing space where children can learn, grow, and be themselves. With over a decade of professional babysitting experience and hands-on experience helping raise my four younger siblings as the eldest, I've cared for children across many ages and stages of development, from newborns to teenagers. I also have two years' experience coaching elementary-aged children in cross country. Having attended UCLA as a Regent Scholar, I value learning and enjoy teaching. I encourage children's curiosity and confidence through arts and crafts, cooking projects, educational activities, reading, and outings to libraries and parks. I'm attentive, organized, and proactive yet flexible and responsive to each child's needs. I'm happy to help with meals, household routines, and pets. I look forward to getting to know your family, understanding your unique needs and routines, and providing thoughtful, dependable care that helps everyone feel supported.
