Hello. My name is Vannessa, and I am a RN by trade. (Since 1999), and since I was working with children and moms, my entire career, I developed a love for the one on one home setting environment, working with children and their families. I love taking care of the kids, and being impactful, at these young impressionable ages, and also offering support to the families, by developing a trusting, long lasting bond. I've had families up to 2-3 years, or until daycare or school begins full time, and families that I've had on an as needed basis, or for back up care. They still call me from time to time to help them out, and if I'm not busy, I absolutely will help them out. So I think that speaks to my character, as a nanny and the trust they have for me overall.
