About Vanioni

Caring for people has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up as the eldest of eight in a communal culture-and now raising a teenager and two preteens of my own-gives me a grounded, real-world perspective on childcare. Professionally, I bring a broad range of experience: I've worked as an RSP paraeducator helping students with diverse learning needs, spent 5+ years in elder care, and spent 14 years as a flight attendant managing safety and fast-paced situations with grace. I'm currently a student with two associate degrees from SCC, CPR/First Aid certified, and fully equipped with reliable transportation. I bring patience, strong communication, and genuine warmth to every home I work with!
