We are so thankful we had found Vania! We, as a larger family than most, (3 boys and 1 girl), often struggle to find good care for our kiddos. Luckily, Vania already had past experience caring for multiple kiddos and fit right in with our family. Whatever was the challenge she tackled it without question, providing such good care for our kiddos. We noticed they were more independent, more confident, and happier whenever she was around. Truly Mary Poppins of real life! We have such a deep love and respect for her and I am sure her next family will be blessed to have her!
