Vanessa is an amazing nanny and I highly recommend her. She took care of our son from ages 8 months to 30 months, and he is thriving in his development due to her exceptional care. She is very professional, kind, caring and patient. We easily developed trust with her and she's a great communicator. She is a real pro with baby and infant care, but also great with toddlers. I like the way she explains things and sets limits in a loving way, she really cares about the kids' feelings and their experience. She really excels with daily fun activities and learning skills, sensory bins, and craft projects. I was continually impressed by her creativity. She has a way of making everything fun and engaging. She takes our son to the park, local baby classes and makes a highly nutritious lunch and has kept him on a great nap routine. Our son absolutely adores her. She has done a wonderful job and any family would be very lucky to have her.
