I interviewed Vanessa for a part-time position for my youngest son. She is very polite, personable, and seemingly kind. She had fantastic references, and a background full of experience. Unfortunately, we had to hire a different applicant that better suited the health requirements of my son, but she otherwise would have fit perfectly with our family and I look forward to hopefully working with her in the future when my son is in better health.
